1. Where did you meet your husband?
At the singles ward in the Gilbert Highland Stake.
2. What was the first thing you said to your husband?
I probably said "hi," I don't remember exactly.
3. Where was your first date?
I don't know what he thought at the time but I definitely didn't think it was a real "date." We just went to Neilsen's Frozen Custard. It was so good. I still love the concretes with snickers. We talked there and then we went to my house and ended up talking on my living room couch till like 2 a.m. just getting to know each other. Is that romantic or what?
4. Where was your first kiss?
Outside my house by his truck. Isn't everyone's either in the driveway or at the doorway? ha ha
5. Did you have a long or short engagement?
Pretty short. We got engaged in Decemeber 2000 and married in May 2001.
6. Where did you get engaged?
He took me to dinner at Outback Steakhouse. Then we went on a fun, very creative scavenger hunt. Then he took me to our favorite park. He turned on music -our song. And then he got down on one knee and asked me.
7. Where were you married?
At the Mesa, Arizona temple.
8. How did the reception go?
It was beautiful. It was classy and so elegant. I loved how it all turned out. There was alot of planning and work involved.
9. How was the honeymoon? We drove to Colorado. We went to Durango and Silverton and took the train ride. It was fun and quite memorable. I love Colorado, I'd move there if we could. It's much nicer weather than Arizona and so much greener. I guess any place is greener than Arizona :-)

I had you as one of my friends but I never heard back from a comment I left on your blog. So, I thought you didn't come to visit my blog. I'm glad you do. Thanks. I'll have to start coming back to yours. Good to hear from you. By the way, I LOVE Nielson! It's the best ever. Grinders, yum!
