Just treasure it!

A guy I went to high school with who was a year older than me named Tim Felicia was killed in a head on collision. He was going back to BYU (where he was attending school) after visiting Arizona over conference weekend.

All this sure makes you think about what's important and how we need to treat each day as if it really were our last. Just treasure it!

Tim always had such a good sense of humor and was a sweet guy. We need to keep his family in our prayers. At least he's in a better place. How wonderful it is that we have the knowledge of the plan of salvation.

Imagine your brother, husband, father, cousin, nephew in a tragic car accident. Was there something you wish you would have told them as your last words. Don't wish you would have told them. Tell every person who is important to you that you love them. Let them know how speciall they are to you. We really never know what lies ahead.

My uncle was killed in a car accident as well just a few short months ago. It was the weekend of one of my cousins weddings, and all the family was together for that. My unlce Steve was driving home from work on the highway when a drunk driver hit him. He left a wife and three children.

I thank Heavenly Father every day for the Gospel and for his never ending love.

Hi Jessica, I like your posting, and I really like your comments on mine! We were nerds weren't we? heh heh. Cindy left a comment on my blog also, and I full-heartedly agree with it: I wish I had been nicer to people in high school too. How many people are going to hate their high school memories because I was rude to them? I just hope as many people like their high school memories because I was nice to them.

Hey, yeah. I heard about that yesterday ... so sad for those he left behind, but like you said, I'm sure he's really, really happy right now. It's so aweful to think that we all sit there at graduation, but not all of us are going to make it to old age. A friend I knew from college got killed in a car accident, as well, and it's just so rough, especially when it's someone so young. I didn't really know Tim but he always seemed like a really nice person. I'll definitely keep his family in my prayers. And I'm gonna go give my lil boy a hug! :)
