My 12 Fun Facts x 2

I saw my friend list facts about each of her kids and wanted to do the same. It's good journaling/recording as well as just fun.

Sy's 12 facts:

• Sy loves stories. He never ever ever gets sick of them. Once we get burned out and can't do it anymore, his response is "Now I'll tell you a story." You can tell him one, read him one, whatever. He's always been an avid lover of books.
• He adores, loves, mimics, everything to do with animals. A dog is his all time favorite. But a horse is pretty high up there as well.
• His favorite lunch is mac and cheese and "sucky noodles" (ramen).
• His nick names are Buster, Siebie, Sy, Siebenator, Siebster, Sy Sy, Sieber
• He looooves kindergarten and feels like such a big boy now.
• Lately he likes showers over baths any day. He is so independent. He has to do EVERYTHING himself (ie: check out the picture of him putting on his own shirt before church)
• He really enjoys playing games on the computer and knows how to do it all himself (he's so smart).
• He is always ready to play dress up (everything from a dog, to a pirate, or putting on his superman cape).
• Sy loves to build forts (blankets strung across the room, what boy doesn't like to build forts?)
• He is an avid camper fan. He loves to get out his tent, sleeping bag, canteen, play fire and laterns, the whole works and "Have a camp!"
• He gives BIG BEAR HUGS at bedtime and says the prayer all by himself with no help.
• His daddy gives him a piggyback ride to bed every single night and he picks what daddy will be during the ride (bird, cheetah, etc).
  
  

Vin's 12 facts:

• I am Vin's favorite person. He is such a mama's boy. There is no denying it. I walk in the room, he puts his hands out toward me, with a huge smile and says "Mama" or "Hiiiiiiiiiiii"And I'm enjoying it for as long as it'll last :-)
  
• Vin is a carboholic. Ever since he starting eating all table foods, he's all about the carbs (mashed potatoes, muffins, bread, cereal). Whenever I try to give him meat with whatever side we're having with dinner, he doesn't want it. He does pretty good with fruit and veggies, but he's a carb lover.
• He could walk, if he really wanted to. But he doesn't. He is perfectly content crawling, or moving around the furniture. He pushes the chairs and uses them as a walker. He'll hold one finger and walk quite well, but you move that finger, and he heads straight for the floor.
• He loves loves loves to watch Baby Einstein.
• This kid's got moves. He loves to dance. He enjoys all music but his favorite being Fiesta Mexicana. He can move those hips.
• He is fascinated with electronics. The cell phone, computer, tv, receiver, remote. He loves them.
• Vin loves to be sung to (Twinkle Twinkle Little Star being his favorite), or just hear any music in general.
• He wants to do whatever his brother is doing. And his latest nick names are Vinners, Vinny, BABY, and Bugaboo (since he was born).
• He always wants to be outside. He'll point and point saying "Uh, uh" trying to show you he desperately wants out there. He likes sitting on the grass or playing in the sand box.
• He always has fun playing in the bath (thank goodness, because there are days he may take 3+ depending on how messy he gets).
• He is still wearing some 6-9mo stuff but has finally made it into some 12 mo.
• When he doesn't want anymore food or drink, he throws it on the floor. Bad habit we're trying to break as quickly as possible.
