After that, him and daddy made some cookies together.
Then him and I made some homemade icing. Then he got to pick what color he wanted his frosting to be.
He picked blue. Then he got to decorate his cookie. Boy did he have fun with that!
He picked blue.

I SO get this. I have a friend who used sidewalk chalk to outline bunny footprints from the kids room all the way to the kitchen last easter where they each had a chocolate bunny waiting (she has wood floors through her house and the chalk wipes up with a damp rag really easily). I think "wow, what a good idea" yet can't bring myself to do it, or can't find the energy or willpower to just do the 9th degree. I definitely have more respect for all the moms I saw growing up who made sure we all had good holiday traditions every year!
I bet he had lots of fun!
You seriously ARE on a roll with the blogging thing! :)
So cute! Believe me, I try to do a few things with my kids every now and then to make up for all of the stuff I don't do.
Looks like he had a blast. We just made Easter treats today too! Cooking with kids is so much fun, despite the messiness.
You ARE a fun mom! The bunny visor is SO cute, and it looks like Sy had a ton of fun!!
Cute :) I can't believe how big Sy is! Time flies!
