Sting Rays and spider monkeys and goats, oh my!!
Sy's school went on a field trip to the Phoenix Zoo on Wednesday. There was enough advanced notice and I was able to get work off and go as a chaperone. It was so much fun. The kids had a great time. There is so much to do there, we didn't even get to all of it. But, we did take a short safari ride on the train, go to the petting zoo, and best of all, Sy's absolute favorite, he got to pet the sting rays. His words were "It was awesome. They were so slimey!" He was hesitant at first, but then so glad he actually touched them.

The zoo is such a blast! What a fun fieldtrip. I'm glad Sy touched the stingrays, Emmi won't go near it! I love that last pic of you two.
